[2021] [Issue Not Listed]banned without reason

hello,

i bought rainbow six siege almost a year ago at the moment i bought it i only played the practise one and stopped playing it again i didnt play it for a whole year today i thought lats download rainbow six siege and play a game. i first played a practise game to see how the controll where and changed my sensitivity. when i was done with that i thought lats play my first game ever just a quick game. when i started i was looking preaty fun and i did it fine. when i died one round against a sniper i got banned permantly for multiple reasons and idk why

can anyone help me
