Since beginning of March, me and my friends in the country of Bahrain and Kuwait have experienced an issue where we can't connect to games at all. We stopped playing r6 seige because of this. We wait in queue from any playlist (ranked, unranked or quick play) for hours. We tried everything, from uninstalling the game to following your troubleshooting router port forwarding and other changes of settings. We tried everything and we are pretty sure this is an issue from your side.

We noticed around March that there has been a minor update to your PC r6 version. Once you released that update it somehow changed our xbox servers to East Asia. Before the update we were always playing in the west EU servers with no problems at all. Since we on the xbox version of the game we can't change servers ofcourse. We tried to queue for a game again today thinking Ubisoft might have solved the issue but it seems we will never find a game no matter how long we wait or hard we try to contact your support. This has been affecting many players in our middle eastern region. We are confused as to why this issue has not been solved yet. It seems like a very concentrated group of players are severly affected by this. Please, Please, Please let your technicians know about this issue.

We waited in queue on every playlist for hours with no success. We really want to get back and play r6 seige instead of COD or the other games that work perfectly.

Note: that we opened many support tickets before regarding this issue. We literally tried everything. We want you to take this support ticket seriously. Our friends on Playstation had this issue in March too but it was somehow fixed on the playstation and not on xbox. It seems like you changing us to the East Asian Servers ruined our chances of finding any people on queue for some reason.

Again, We tried all your troubleshooting. Me and 6 different friends have the same issue. Please take this to heart and we hope this is fixed asap. Note: both our friends on the playstation and pc no longer have this issue since March.

Hello there! I'm extremely sorry to hear that both of you have been experiencing connectivity problems in Rainbow Six Siege as of late. I completely understand how disheartening this must be to deal with on a daily basis, and I greatly apologize for that. Since it sounds like both of you have already tried completing some connectivity troubleshooting and reaching out to our support teams, can you please let me know your case numbers? I'd be glad to review them further.
