Good evening,

After the account merging happened I lost more than half of my skins. I logged into the game the day that the update, which included account merging, dropped and I saw that i hadn't gotten all of my skins. As it was the first day I didn't contact support because i thought all of my items would take more time to transfer . Fast forward a couple of weeks and still no sign of my skins.

In particular i have been playing siege since early open beta from my ps4 for approximately 3 or 4 years and after that I switched to pc. I had a lot of bought skins and charms/uniforms/headgears.
Out of these i am pretty sure all of the charms and elite skins have been transferred. Apart from that only some universal weapon skins have been transferred and not the ones that i had purchased from the store. Moreover i am missing a lot of uniforms and headgears. These include some bought content like the old early season pass outfit and headgear rewards and a lot of pro league skins. The safari bundle and much more

Thank you for your time and please provide help. I have all the proof needed even some videos with the skins from 2016.
(fyi i contacted ubisoft support approximately 2 weeks ago and got no reply)

I'm sorry that you're missing some of your PS4 progression after the merge happened.
You mentioned contacting our support and that you were still waiting for an answer.
We've encountered a high volume of contacts lately, and our teams are doing their best to get back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I would advise you to answer on the case with a list of the items you are missing. This will greatly help our teams investigate your issue.
