When I logged in yesterday all my gun skins, gun attachments, all my operator skin's everything was just reset my settings everything and I've tried restarting my Xbox I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it nothing is helping??

Your loadouts are saved in your save file, so if something corrupted with that, that could be why it happened. Hopefully it was just a one off but let us know if it keeps happening after every session or more often.
