[2022] Unable to see my stats on Ubisoft connect and I don't have any of my ops or skins on pc despite account being linked to my xbox account that is lvl 178

I trying to download and play R6 on my pc since apparently there is now cross progression. I bought and downloaded r6 and logged into Ubisoft Connect with the account that is linked to my lvl 178 Xbox R6 account. Despite this Ubisoft connect shows that I've never played R6 despite having options to see stats on both xbox and pc, I went onto r6stats and checked to make sure my xbox account still existed and it does. So really not sure whats happening with Ubi connect to not show my account stats. Plus when I did get into R6 none of my ops or skins were there. Is this connected to my stats not showing on Ubi connect? Did i buy the wrong version of the game? Is cross progression not a thing yet? Anyone else have similar issues and know how to get it resolved. Thank you
