So I bought Siege about 1.5 years ago and want to know if I can get it as a steam game on steam or get a product code for my account or something.

If you have Rainbow Six: Siege on Ubisoft Connect as the Ubisoft version you would need to purchase the game again on Steam in order to have the Steam version.
You can add a non-Steam game to the Steam library though, however not sure if this will work with Rainbow Six: Siege.
