Hello. Today I was discouraged to say the least. After playing a couple of games in Casual, I received a message that my account was blocked for Fraud, although I did not even think to play unfairly and was always against it and I do not know what to do. This is my main account in which I invested and I would not want to lose it due to a system error or human factor. I didn’t expect this to happen, so the recording starts only from the moment this window was displayed to me. I already wrote in support, but all that I received was a standard message that we can do nothing and you were rightly blocked. At the same time, I am sure that this is unfair.
