I have been trying to fix my game volume for a year now and I have not found a solution. Every time I start the game or play I hear no sound or anything just really want to be able to play the game again.

As I don't yet have a lot of information regarding the steps tried, I will list you some ideas -

- Try a different output device (Speakers / headphones)
- Double check your in-game audio settings
- Disable background applications: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063761
- If you have a friend or family member who own the game, try their account. This is to determine if it's a profile issue.
