[2021] my account was error

i can't play ranked or unranked when im buying a deluxe edition the issue is like a lv required but my account lv is 53 but i can't play ranked & unranked i buy this game like a 1 years ago, i buy a normal game, but today i buy deluxe edition and this happen i can't play ranked or unranked
