Hello! I can certainly help you with this.

Did you play Trials Rising and SC Blacklist for long? I recommend playing each game for 30 - 60 minutes, to ensure gameplay is registered on your Ubisoft account.

Please try playing both games once more for a bit longer, then we'll see if that helps!

I have reviewed your Ubisoft account however I was unable to see gameplay for either. It's possible Trials Rising was not played enough, or perhaps your progress is not syncing with Ubisoft Connect.

This is not something I am able to override manually as no gameplay at all has yet been recognised.

Let's try 1 game at a time. Would you be able to complete a couple of tracks in Trials Rising and see if that makes a difference?
