Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble, I am afraid we are unable to remove temporary bans.

In this case I feel it important to get to the bottom of why this is happening. It seems that it may be as a result of connecting to a game but not fully connecting.

Would it be possible to try our connectivity troubleshooting steps in full?
