When I get given customs site on the new border rework my operator doesnt load and my game crashes, is this just me or have other people had this issue? It has happened twice now.

So that we could get a better idea of what this may be related to, may I ask you to advise us the following:
1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. Do you happen to receive any error messages at all?
3. Does this affect any game-mode you choose?
I have seen a slight increase of contacts regarding crash related issues since last update, however this issue seems to be a little different.
In the meantime, can I ask you to try completing steps outlined in the following article (starting of by verifying your game files first) and see whether that helps.
