[2020] Siege switch to VAC bans soon, will I still be able to play?

So basically, four or five years ago, I went on a summer vacation with the family that lasted for about two weeks; when I came home, my account mysteriously got VAC banned. To this day, I haven't been able to appeal the ban and still have no idea why I got banned in the first place. That ban is what eventually led me to picking up Siege a couple years ago, and I've been enjoying the hell out of it ever since. However, I'm worried that I may not be able to play anymore seeing as Siege seems to be making the switch to VAC sooner than later. So I'm just wondering if anyone knows if I'm still going to be able to play or not.
