Hello,

I keep getting kicked by Battle Eye right after the matchmarker found a unranked or ranked game, which results in bans. I get the [2-0x00019008] for bad service version/ inactivity.

I play on PC. My CPU is a Ryzen CPU. I also reformatted windows.
I have noticed a few points that could be worth mentionning:

  • if I play early in the moring or late in the night, the issue don't happen. It happen during the day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • If I reinstall the game, I can play 1 match and then the same error occurs.
  • It doesn't happen in casual gamemode.


It started 2 days ago when I tried to play again after a brake.

I'm sorry to read you are getting kicked from your matches in R6S by BattlEye and that the troubleshooting steps from our article did not help you. So we can further look into this for you, could you please send us your system files? To send them to us, I have created the support ticket 16814513 for you, which you'll be able to access via our Support Website. The system files we will need are your DxDiag and MsInfo.
