[2023] Will the sanctions ever get fixed?

The server crashes -> We get kicked -> RP loss + 1hr penalty
You ALT+F4 to restart the game, because your sound is bugged again (old known problem, that never got fixed) -> RP loss + 1hr penalty
Your mouse cursor is stuck after closing the options -> RP loss + 1hr penalty

The fact that a system temp. bans you for stuff out of your control is beyond bad design.
Cheater go unbanned for months even when you contact the support with video evidence, yet people get punished for ubisofts terrible networking.

Does that mess ever get fixed?
