Hello, after logging into Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, ubisoft connect does not open, not through shift +F2, not through the button

I did:
Reinstalled: Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, ubisoft
And also updated the drivers

I have 7 windows x64

Can you please try the following to see if we can resolve this launch issue >

  • Launch Ubisoft Connect first, instead of Siege, by double-clicking the Ubisoft Connect shortcut on your desktop.



  • Open Ubisoft Connect first, from its installation folder, within your program files, or whichever drive you have this saved on


  • If you purchased the game from Steam or Epic, please make sure these launcher accounts are correctly linked to your Ubisoft account, by logging into our Ubisoft Account manager and checking your linked accounts here > https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/account-information


  • Open up your Windows Task Manager, to check if the Ubisoft Connect game launcher is actually running in the background, after trying any of the steps above
