[2022] Operators Locked Even When Purchased

Today, October 26, 2022 at 6:00PM GMT+8, after a few games, the operators suddenly became locked even after being purchased/unlocked for a while now, as if I never bought them.

The following operators suddenly became locked: (note that I have ALL operators available to play for a while now)

1. Ying
2. Capitao
3. Buck
4. Vigil

I have constantly been playing with these operators in the past but today, while playing, noticed that have become unavailable. When I checked my operators tab, it shows that the operators are locked and that I would have to purchase them again.

I have tried to restart the game multiple times but no there is no change. If anyone has dealt with this issue before, any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
