I request your assistance for a knewn problem
I have this problem since i have acquired the game, for about 3 years as a mater of fact

For years, each time i want to play this game, no matter which match mode selected, each time i download it, launch the game, start a match, i have a good chance to get this wonderful pannel
This bug is knew for year for what i could saw within my research, and it's amazing that it is still today ...

Ubisoft, Battleye, a big GG for both of you !

So, i've been asking for solution with the support of BE : they don't give me new clue except what's on their website, despite i've told them i've already followed their steps
And i've asked to Ubisoft too : they told me to talk about this with BE !

I will put the list of all the things i've done since i have this bug :

  • --- Got this bug with my old PC; and this one is brand new, i've kept anything from the previous one ( both builts by my hands )
  • --- Changed of internet supplior
  • --- Several versions of Windows : 7, 8 and now 11 /// and for the 7 / 8 versions i've made regulary clean up of my setup with complete reinstallation of windows
  • --- Got RSS a dime a dozen times removed, a dime a dozen reinstalled
  • --- Since past week, EACH time i launch the game, i verify the files of the game : doing that, the BE software is removed and automatically reinstalled
  • --- I went into the BE files, done the following : Local disk > Programs x86 > Common Files > BattlEye > Then right click on the executables BEService.exe and BEService_r6s.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Cheked " Execute this program as administrator"
  • --- At this point i though that there were some problem with my account, even ih it make no f***** sense but let's go anyway > i've created this account, bought the game again, and with no surprise the bug is still here
  • --- And actually, i'm after the Soft Boot step : went into MSConfig > Services > uncheked all services that doesn't belong to Microsoft // Then deactivated every application in the Tasks Manager, then rebooted the PC
  • Then i launched the PC, and because i have a fast and reliable internet, I've again deleted all the RSS / Ubisoft files on my computer, then reinstalled it
  • Rebooted the PC, again
  • And only then i start only AND ONLY Ubisoft and RSS ( not even a web page, Discord ) >> and the bug is still here


I've digged in the web for days now, and I fell on the same "solutions" in some forums where other players had this same bug ; but in any cases i never found one guy telling " Hey, it fixed the issue, thank you !"
This long lasting bug is driving me crazy

Hi there @CapeDimbecilite thanks for reaching out here on Discussions with your thorough report on working with this error. I am incredibly sorry to hear this has been persisting after the steps you've tried already. To best aid the teams handling your support ticket, could you generate and then attach to your ticket your MSINFO and DxDiag file?
