[2023] Year 8 Pass - Missing battle points | POST HERE

Just merged some threads together on this issue and pinned it to the front page so you can follow this thread and we can keep you all updated here when we have any news from the dev team on a fix for this being implemented.

Please note, this thread is just for missing the points, not for missing operators or the Ace skin. If you haven't received any content from the Year 8 Pass, please see this thread with steps on contacting us to resolve this for you.

You can try to just verify your game files first of all as that may resolve it for you. If not, as this thread is just for the known issue / bug of missing battle points, please just reach out and attach the images mentioned in the article I linked above and also mention what you have already tried to resolve it so it doesn't get suggested again.

For everyone who's reported this issue so far in the thread, we've passed your account info on to the dev team to help look into this and we will continue to pass on any more reports we receive in here.
