So about 2 years ago a friend, or maybe myself bought siege for me so that i could join in on it because everyone i know enjoys the game. so i played it from time to time and despite not being a fan of shooter games, i actually had fun with siege. Was getting into it, had two characters on offense and defence that i was enojoying, so my friend bought me a gun skin through steam, well ever since. Every time i try launch rainbow, it goes to say "this will bind the skin to my account" and then when i say ok it goes to siege and then says its failing to verify my ownership of the product. This is somewhat distressing because i want to play this game, still to this day. has anyone had this issue and been able to get it fixed before? i dont wanna support the game by buying it again because a bug like forcing you to disown and buy again is just not worth supporting

I've checked your account and I cannot see the skin you've been gifted on this account so I'm wondering whether the skin has been bound to a different Ubisoft account. Please open a support case with us and we'll investigate this further for you.
You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
