Xbox One user. As of lately (several months) I cannot hear voice chat from teammates if my headset is plugged in. I can hear thru speakers when I unplug it. The headset works fine in all other games, works in xbox private party chats etc. I've tried all settings on Xbox, and in game that I can think of. I've tried 2 different controllers, and mics. I feel like there is a settings issues but it cant be in the xbox console settings as all other games work fine. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hey WellsGray! I'm sorry to hear that the voice chat in Rainbow Six Siege has been giving you some trouble. Since VOIP is a huge part of Siege, I'm sure these issues have had a frustrating impact on your gameplay experience and I deeply apologize for that inconvenience. Moving forward, have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache? You can do this by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then restarting your game. Due to the amount of data your cache holds, it can get bogged down and potentially lead to various technical/performance problems in-game. Occasionally clearing it is a great, simple step to complete! Aside from that, please be sure to complete the rest of our Xbox troubleshooting guide. You can let me know if those steps make any improvements, or you can always reach out to our team at support.ubi.com.
