[Issue Not Listed]Game wont load just black screem

I play on PC and when I launch the game it goes to a grey screen then a black screen and then back to grey I can hear the background music and my friends get a notifiction that im online but i cant see anything please help

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are getting this issue. Can I ask you to try the following:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

Ubisoft Connect
EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
STEAM

Disable Background Applications.

Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.

Reinstall Ubisoft Connect.

Update your GPU Drivers:

AMD
NVIDIA

Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.
