[2022] Y7 Seasons Pass and the 20 tiers

I have a question related to the Season Pass Premium: I left it to buy at the end because I was in a Season Pass draw, but in that I also progressed the pass, resulting in level 17 currently, and I saw people saying that only the first 20 tiers were unlocked. If I buy now, I'll be at level 20 or 37 as soon as I open the game
