I have an issue, wherein everytime I open rainbow six siege, my game settings wil lbe reset and I will get a dialogue box. The message says, "User profile Loading Failed". I have attempted multiple solutions and have put up with the issue for weeks now, constantly pursuing a fix for the issue. I hope the issue can be resolved soon, my patience is wearing thin and I wish to be able to play without having to re-setup my operators and settingss everytime I wish to play the game. Best of luck.
Hello piratez-LRG, thanks for contacting us about this, we were investigating this but struggled to reporduce this issue on our side which presents the message - "User profile Loading Failed"

If so, have you been able to make a support case with us and upload your dxdiag and msinfo files as I believe they are still wanted for investigation.
