So when I log into ubisoft connect it says my TTS for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is "expired" Is this normal?

This is normal! The TTS isn't always active. The team activates the TTS when testing is needed! You can get more information on the TTS by reading the team's blogpost on it!
