[2021] [Achievement/Trophy]MMR problem

for each ranked game i play and win i olny gain about 30 mmr. I dont know what the problem is because i sometimes i play with my friends who are gold, and i am bronze i only get 30 mmr even when im top fragger. and when i play solo que i still get 30 even tho i top frag in bronze. me and my friend started playing at the same time but he gets 100 mmr for each win
