[2022] game ownership issues - game transfer

If you own more than one Ubisoft account and would like to transfer the game from one account to another please bear in mind >

• Any progress previously made in these PC games will not be saved, only the game and any DLC can be transferred, not the save game or any stats
• We are only able to transfer games bought from our Ubisoft Store, or official Ubisoft retailers in this list > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/purchases-and-rewards/article/approved-digital-distributors-of-ubisoft-games/000079502
• We can not transfer a game if you have previously been banned in that game

If you wish to request a game transfer between accounts, please reach out to us using the following link and ask for a 'game transfer request' > https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact

When you contact us on the link above, please make sure to list the following info to help us locate the correct accounts >

• The Ubisoft account the game is currently linked to
• The Ubisoft account you would like the game transferred to instead
• If you purchased the game from any other retailer than Ubisoft Connect, we will need to see a full uncropped proof of purchase for the game
