I can play only unranked games, I'm playing on ps4, every time I get into any game besides unranked it will let me pick my spawn location and operator but will not load me in but instead kicks me and says "kicked due to excessive loading time.

As we haven't heard anything back, were you able to join a ranked game after restarting your game and computer?
Out of curiosity what region do you play in and how many times or how recently, has this issue effected you?
