[2022] Reticle/HUD Flickering

Hey guys I am at loss on how to fix this! So essentially my reticle, my HUD, player outlines, the sky, and other things seem to randomly flicker. It happens freqeuntly and has become quite distracting for me! Here are the fixes I have tried so far: verify files, uninstall HD textures, uninstall and reinstall game, turn on/off VSYNC, and a clean install of my drivers. After all this it is still happening! Here are my specs: Windows 11, 64 bit, AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060, 16gb ram, drivers up to date at version 527.56, and it is a desktop PC. Hope I did not miss anything here. Thanks for any help you can give!

Are you able to capture a video of this occurring, I have heard mention of a similar issue recently and would like to check if this is the same one?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay that may be already installed on your PC > 
- Launch the game
- Make sure the game is visible on your screen before pressing any keys
- Press the Windows key and G key, then select the 'Start Recording' dot button to record a clip
- Upload your new video clip to a website such as Youtube/Imgur/Twitter and post the URL link to the video in the thread, so we can view this.
