I tried to buy rainbow six siege through the ubisoft store.
you took the money from my account twice even though the store page said it failed
my order page says no purchases have been made
I have not received my game, even though I apparently bought it twice.
tried to contact support, but live chats are down, and the "create case" button does literally NOTHING
Is there literally anything I can do to get a refund and stop this stupid company thieving my money?
