Today i was trying to play siege, opened the game then it charged w a pixeled quality, but when i go to the graphic settings it says that im on 1920x1080 and i always played w that quality but today the game looks so bad, verified the game data, created new desktop direct access but nothing solved the problem, does someone know what is that?

Hi @asthk! Welcome to Ubisoft Discussions! I'm sorry to hear you're having this visual issue in the game. As a start, can you please try any troubleshooting steps that you haven't already tried in this FAQ? If the issue persists, please let me know about the following:

  • Does the game stay in this pixelated quality if you're in the main menu, or does it continue after loading into a match?
  • If you're able to test this, what happens if you try increasing your graphics settings? Does it stay pixelated?
  • Can you please provide either a YouTube video or images showing this issue?
