Hello,

It has not been two days since I purchased the $19.99 dlc of Siege Credits and I still haven't received them. I put in a case to customer support yesterday, and they still haven't responded. I even tried to contact them via Twitter and they still haven't responded. There is a pending charge of $19.99 on my card so the purchase went through on my end, just not theirs. Please help.
