I'm confident our support teams will be back in touch with you as soon as they are able. We've got a support article describing what to do, which is essentially contacting our support teams, so it's great you've already done that.
However, just to mention, I don't see any support ticket attached to the account you're logged into here on the forums. If you have a different Ubisoft Connect account you'd used to send us an email, that's fine If it's your account you are logged into now on the forum from which you are missing Credits, please make sure you are logging into the correct one when sending us a message on the support website.
