I bought some R6 credits and they still haven't showed up after a couple of days why is this happening. I have emailed Ubisoft about 2 days ago and they still haven't responded. I'm getting worried because I checked my PayPal and it said my money was taken out. What do i do?

Hey @AXEIFNXxoxo , thanks for getting in touch about this! Sorry to hear you haven't received the credits you'd purchased yet - that's most unusual.

I'm confident our support teams will be back in touch with you as soon as they are able. We've got a support article describing what to do, which is essentially contacting our support teams, so it's great you've already done that.

However, just to mention, I don't see any support ticket attached to the account you're logged into here on the forums. If you have a different Ubisoft Connect account you'd used to send us an email, that's fine 🙂 If it's your account you are logged into now on the forum from which you are missing Credits, please make sure you are logging into the correct one when sending us a message on the support website.
