Hello I am having issues connecting to the proper game server. Whenever I launch it puts me in the South North Africa server. I should be in the EastUS. I have tried setting it manually by going to the config file and that did nothing. Is there anything else I can do?

Are you using a VPN at all? I'd also double check that the config file has been set correctly, this link explains how to do so.
