I was recently playing Siege, and yesterday, when I tried playing Siege, I launched through Vulkan but it just wouldn't launch. I tried today as well, but it STILL doesn't work. Launching Siege through DirectX is fine, but I do prefer playing Siege through Vulkan. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've updated all my drivers, Windows, etc.

In the meantime, taken into account that you've done some troubleshooting steps already, can I ask you to also try going through all of the remaining ones outlined in the following article, and see if it helps.
