I can no longer enter the game

Ubisoft and Steam are not there to solve my problem

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand your issue. You bought a Cyan weapon skin and no longer have it? Or you can't play the game?

Also the purchase information you have provided is for a Cobalt Weapon skin, so which is it that you have an issue with? Cyan or Cobalt?

Ok, I see. It seems the Cobalt skin has linked to a different account, as it's not currently linked to DossMedic_Erik.
