Is anyone else having this problem. The March 2, 2022 update (date of failed download) will not download. Note after starting update in progress bar says "Ubisoft Connect is unable to start your download. Please check that you have an active internet connection and sufficient space on your hard drive then try again.

My internet connection is good and solid with no problems with any other connection including Uplay/Ubisoft Connect and access to the store. I have over 950GB of open hard drive and 16GB of memory. There is literally NO reason that the update cannot download and I have tried both update versions and they both report the same "unable to start download" error.

Is there a problem at the R6S Server or servers that provide the update? Is anyone else having this problem? I am not having this problem with other Uplay
game updates before or after this error with R6S Update. It is only with R6S.

Can anyone help?

@LeoDWH1 Thanks for contacting us here, and welcome to the forums! Apologies for the error you have been receiving with the most recent update. When running into this error, I would first suggest checking your Ubisoft Connect client is running Administrator Rights. If so, you may have an outdated version of Ubisoft Connect that might be causing this issue. Try reinstalling Ubisoft Connect to ensure that you have the latest version of the client installed on your PC. However, if you continue to run into the same message after trying this out, please keep us posted!
