[2021] [Crash/Freeze]I would like to appeal a ban for 24 hours

Hi! I was in an Unranked match and my parents turned my internet off at 11:00 using tp-link. I reconnected using my personal hotspot on my phone but when I tried to rejoin it wouldnt let me cause the match ended. I wouldnt be making this if it was only and hour or two ban, but it is for 24 hours. I play on Xbox and my name is II ZeroHonor.

Hey there, IIZeroHonor. Sorry to hear you ran into this and encountered such a lengthy ban. Might this have happened before at all? Support is unable to affect the status of temporary sanctions. It's important you only play while you're able to access clear internet connections in order to avoid such penalties.
