I purchased rainbow six siege deluxe edition from the Ubisoft store it said I would get instant access to the game in the Uplay pc client. I go over to the client and check my games library and its not there. How do I access the game the money has also been taken out of my account also.

Just to double check a couple of things. First of all are you definitely signed in on the correct account the game was purchased on? I have checked your account you've contacted us on here and I can't see any other PC games on the account so I just wanted to double check this was the case. If it was definitely purchased on this account did you receive an email confirmation of the order? Thanks.
