Mine and one of my friends games crashed in ranked play two times and the game was canceled both times and I was wondering if any one else had the same problem if so is it possible to get my elo back from the two games that I was kicked from?

There was maintenance that took place yesterday and has been concluded not long after (1 hour), which may have been the reason you've experienced this.
If however this is something that you've experienced on a number of instances, let us know and we will have to look into the matter further.
As far as ELO goes, I am afraid our Support team is not able to alter it for you at this moment in time.
