today the new season arrived, and I bought the year 7 pass on march, so I’m supposed to receive the new operator and the premium pass, but nothing of these stuff has been delivered to me. What can I do?

As mentioned in the thread above, sometimes it might take up to 48h to sync up your inventory, so please let us know if you've managed to receive the rewards since!
