Hi SG4.Hauptmann! No, this is not a glitch. This is part of the MMR rollback system in-game. It occurs when a player in one of your previous matches has been identified as a cheater and sanctioned/banned. The goal of this system is to ultimately balance the outcome of the match for all players that were included in said match. Please keep in mind that Support is not able to restore these points, identify the specific player that was sanctioned, or adjust rank.
