i cant be bothered to use grammar cause im ******g pissed got into a match was 3-1 and now its frozen in spawn selection screen or operator choosing screen whatever same for everyone in the match nothings happening both teams left still nothing literally cant queue into other ranked matches and cant play the game thanks ubi ******g awesome

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this. A lobby being stuck in this manner should be a rare occurrence, unfortunately there's nothing we can do at Ubisoft Support to influence a stuck lobby when this does occur I'm afraid. However if you're noticing this happening on a regular basis we'd like to investigate further, if this is the case please open a support case with us. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
