had completed the challenge for the Corsair MPX skin the day it came out, however I have not received the skin to this day.

If you would like us to check your account for the skin entitlement, we should be able to see if this had been added to your account on our side at least.
If you contact us through our support site and submit proof that you completed the challenge, we should be able to add your player names to our investigation of players affected.
