Hey! I will need a bit more information to understand your issue -

- When you reach the Operator Select menu, what prevents you from choosing an operator? Are you able you move your mouse?

- Once you're in the match, are you able to do anything? Move, look around, shoot etc.

- Have you tried a different mouse / keyboard?

Once we know a bit more, this will be easier to offer suggestions
