I've done everything I've read. From hard reset to reinstalling the entire game and add-one. Still i am missing the year 4 ops.

Hi @CotobyEpicFail, sorry to hear about these missing Operators. I see you play on Xbox and have made sure all addons are completely installed. I would also recommend to make sure that the gamertag you are using to play is the same one that purchased the game (or that owns a Game Pass subscription if owned via the pass instead). While the base game may be playable on different gamertags, the additional content like Operator Packages are not able to be used outside of the purchasing account.
