So, I am only writing this because I have the issues with wasd keys sticking and being unable to move or cancel movements in game. The problem that I am having, is I have tried to verify files,(didn't help) I restarted my pc(no help), I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game(still no help). So I come to the forums and find a thread, saying to go into my files, delete the user interface preferences, and I do that, all for the issue to still be there. Finally I come here, where Ubi is saying to unplug other usb input devices because it may think it is a controller. Well, I did that, and even my usb mic, only my keyboard and mouse were left and I still had the exact same issue. I have only had this issues reoccuring since this newest season, year 6 season 1. My last ditch effort was to move with a keyboard and mouse like i usually do, plug in a controller, move a little bit, where I didn't have any input lags or stuck movements, and then unplug the usb from my pc, so that only my keyboard and mouse are plugged in again. To my surprise, it happened 3 more times within the next 20 seconds. I have tried everything, and I just want to play the game, but the game is absolutely unplayable because I can't utilize any in game mechanics such as quick peaking, crouching, and slow walking without my keys getting stuck, and my character just wide swinging into an open hallway to get shot. I would love any sort of help, like I said I have tried absolutely everything.

Hey there folks.

I'm sorry to hear you're both experiencing similar input lag issues.

If you have disconnected all other input devices and performed a clean boot and the issue persists please create a support case with us and provide us with your system files so we can investigate this issue further with you.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

MSInfo
DxDiag

Thanks.
