[2021] looking up in game is slow

Hello. My son is playing rainbow six siege on a ps5. For 3 days he has a problem playing the game. Looking up is going very slow. All other movements are just normal. He has'nt got any problems playig other games, so I don't think his controller seems to be the problem. Does anyone have a tip?
