I cant buy any in game currency. i launch Siege through steam and thats how ive payed for credits, but now i cant get redirected to steam. i go through the process and then it will say redirecting and then have a problem and tell me to try again in a few seconds, i try again and it never works. Any help?

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can we confirm you have the Steam Overlay enabled:
Open the Steam client and navigate to the Steam > Settings/Preferences > In-game tab. Check the box next to Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game
Once done please try to purchase the credits again.
