Dear Ubisoft,
I have been playing this game for 5 years and have had multiple technical issues but none of them have affected me that much as the current issue I am facing. I log into siege and played with my usual 5 stack on ranked every night but suddenly this week I get disconnected as soon as I join a ranked game and a random joins the squad instead of me. As soon as the squad with the random win or lose the game I get abandon penalty, even though I can never join the game anyway. When I tried to queue again I get disconnected from the second match. I lost so much Elo I broke down today and I am really on the very of crying. I came from gold one to silver one. I tried every solution there that I know of. I reinstalled UPLAY, made sure my ISP is working correctly as I played 10 different games and I havent gotten disconnected. 100mbps download and 100mbps upload with 6 ms ping with stable internet connection. Changed DNS servers. Flushed and registered new DNS. Changed new router. Used 2.4 and 5ghz connections. Used Ethernet port as well as WiFi. Now I am beyond hope and uninstalled the game. I dont know what to do anymore. I am Completely crushed. I put in soo much effort for all games to get to plat this season and I lose Elo very easily. This is really breaking me. Please help me.
